Here’s a little travelogue podcast thingy I made over the weekend, went to a rather wacky resort-wannabe hotel up in the boondocks of Beijing. And, due to my recent obsession with Sam Sparro, I used the song Black & Gold as the background music 
Oh, disclaimer: I’m doing the podcast in my really-lame TV Mandarin, so please excuse my mistakes (if you’re a Chinese speaker and thus can pick them out) and excuse the fact that you can’t understand any of it (if you’re not a Chinese speaker). Ok, now back to work on more serious things (like the ShiFen Festival!)

What was in those black and red jars that made you want to pass out?!?! And wow, a 5 year old on a treadmill at the gym – that’d totally be illegal in the states! Looks like you had a fun trip, though!

yes, as I’m sure you remember, there are many things in China that would be totally illegal in the States
